6. Termination
a. During your Ambassadorship, either party may terminate the Ambassadorship by providing written notice of ________ (________) business days (or payment in lieu of notice) to the other party.
b. Notwithstanding sub-clause (a) above, the Organization may terminate this agreement by notice effective immediately without payment (except Stipend accrued to the date of termination) where you have committed an act of willful or serious misconduct, are significantly neglectful of your duties, or you are in breach of this Offer Letter and/or Campus Ambassador Agreement.
7. Acceptance
This Offer Letter contains the proposed Terms and Conditions of your Ambassadorship with the Organization and is subject to the preparation and execution of a formal Campus Ambassador Agreement.
