Provided, that any profit obtained by the corporation as an incident to its operation shall, whenever necessary or proper, be used for the furtherance of its purposes enumerated in herein, subject to the provisions of Title XI of the Revised Corporation Code.


TENTH: That the incorporators and trustees undertake to change the name of the corporation immediately upon receipt of notice from the Commission that another person, firm, or entity has acquired a prior right to use of said name or one deceptively or confusingly similar to it, or that it is contrary to law, public morals, good customs, or public policy.
