I write this letter to claim compensation due to the damage of my luggage. The details of my flight are as follows:

Attached herewith is a copy of the boarding pass stating the flight number.

Upon my arrival, I was about to claim my luggage but my luggage was found damaged after claiming it from the conveyor belt. In particular, the damage to my luggage as well as their value are described as follows:
