This DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE (the "AGREEMENT") is made and executed at City/Municipality of ___________________________, Province of ___________________________, this day of _________________, by and between:

NOW THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the foregoing premises and mutual covenants herein contained, the SELLER hereby absolutely and unconditionally, sells, assigns, conveys and transfers upon the BUYER, and its successors and assigns, the Motor Vehicle described above, as follows:
1. No Warranty. The SELLER hereby sells, assigns, conveys and transfers unto the BUYER the Motor Vehicle, and the BUYER accepts the same, on an as-is-where-is basis.
2. Purchase Price. The purchase price for the Motor Vehicle shall be ________ (₱________), the receipt of which is duly acknowledged by the SELLER.
3. Delivery.The SELLER shall deliver the Motor Vehicle, its registration papers evidencing ownership, and other documents, to the BUYER at the signing of this AGREEMENT at

d. The BUYER shall fully hold and have peaceful possession of the Motor Vehicle upon delivery thereof.
