A Virtual Office Agreement is a relatively new type of document. This document allows the provider of a virtual office space to contract with a client to use that virtual office space and any associated services. Since more and more people are working online, the use of virtual office spaces has grown dramatically in the past several years.

A virtual office space can be an actual building where the client can go and rent a desk and phone, or it can simply be an address that the client can use for mail. There are many different types of virtual office providers.

This Virtual Office Agreement will cover all of the common situations that a provider can offer a virtual office space for, such as to provide a business address, to receive mail or calls, or to rent a temporary office or conference room. It provides several options for how the rental fees will be due and when.

This document should only be used specifically for a Virtual Office Space. For a physical office lease, a Commercial Lease Agreement should be used. It should also not be used for a virtual assistant relationship, where an online or remote assistant will be hired. Instead, a Virtual Assistant Agreement should be used.

This Virtual Office Agreement is different than a Coworking Space Agreement because of the different services provided. A Coworking Space Agreement most often provides a host of other services, besides simply a virtual office.
