An online seminar is a great way to keep business going and keep people interested in the services offered using an online-based medium.

In this document, the provider of a live webinar outlines all the requirements that must be met by participants and users. These documents are not negotiated documents, meaning that the parties do not meet to discuss the terms of the document. It is simply written by the seminar provider and posted online or emailed to participants.

All the details of the seminar itself are included, as well as the additional contractual terms regarding the relationship between the parties. There are only two parties in this type of contract, the seminar provider and the participant/attendee. The agreement will detail everything related to the seminar, including the name of the seminar, the start and end dates (if applicable) and times, the website link, the total cost of the seminar and whether or not it is paid for, etc. This is important so that the participant/attendee can ensure that they have all the information before registering for the seminar and also to ensure the validity of the information available to the participant/attendee.
