This Campus Ambassador Agreement is a contract used when hiring an Ambassador. It can be used for diverse types of entities like companies, LLPs, partnerships, etc. in any kind of industry including Information Technology, manufacturing, marketing, hospitality, etc.

This Agreement sets out all the terms of the ambassador program, including duties of the Ambassador, stipend and benefits, work hours, confidentiality, intellectual property rights and various other key terms. The Ambassador would be generating awareness about the product/service in a university/college where he/she is currently studying.

In many cases, once an organization chooses to hire a new Ambassador, the parties want to get started without delay. Therefore, the organization may wish to provide the Ambassador with a letter that briefly spells out some key terms. Employers may wish to use an Offer Letter for Campus Ambassador in these situations and then follow it up with this Agreement.

However, this Agreement goes into more detail about the various terms of the ambassador program and provides a more robust document so that both the organization and the Ambassador fully understand what is expected of one another, and how the ambassador program arrangement may develop over time.

This Agreement is not suitable for an internship program. For that purpose, an Internship Agreement can be used. Under an internship program, the student is provided with practical experience in the products/services of the employer by working part-time or full-time basis with or without a stipend. An intern may work in various roles including sales, marketing, development, etc.

This Agreement is not suitable for an employment relationship. For that purpose, an Employment Agreement can be used. Employment refers to a paid job on a long-term basis. An ambassador program, on the other hand, is a temporary position that is designed to give a student an opportunity to make brand awareness on the campus by conducting various programs with the help of the organization.
