Change of Rent Notice

A Change of Rent Notice is a letter written by a landlord, notifying the tenant of a change in rent. By using this document, the change in rent is documented in writing so as to avoid any misunderstanding and disputes over the rent due.

The landlord may either send this letter in person or through his/her authorized agent. The agent must be a party who has been authorized by the landlord under a Power of Attorney or a Letter of Authorization, which are also available for download.
