A Letter to Neighbour about Nuisance is a document used by a person whose neighbour's activity or something in the neighbour's premises is affecting the person's ability to effectively use and enjoy their property. For example, noise erupting from a neighbour's property may cause lack of sleep to another person. This letter allows the person to make a formal complaint about the nuisance.
Nuisance is any activity done by someone which affects or disturbs the other person's ability to use and enjoy their property. Nuisance may be divided into two namely: Private and public nuisance. A private nuisance is a situation where the neighbour's activity causes harm or damage to a person or property belonging to an individual. While nuisance affecting public space or a large number of people is called public nuisance.
