An Anti-Sexual Harassment Policy is a document that asserts a company's commitment to prevent sexual harassment in the workplace. It ensures that all its officers and employees have a safe working environment that is free from all manner of harassment and intimidation.
An Anti-Sexual Harassment Policy informs a company's officers and employees that the company is against any form of sexual harassment and any related retaliation. In fact, it encourages that any such behavior be reported for proper investigation. It also lays down any disciplinary penalties that may be imposed on any offender.
This document can be used by any employer as an Anti-Sexual Harassment Policy in the workplace.
In addition to an Anti-Sexual Harassment Policy, an employer may also provide written materials, training, seminars, and other activities to spread information and to educate its officers and employers regarding sexual harassment.
