An employer may allow their employees to work from home due to certain circumstances, such as if the employee's close relative is sick and injured and the employee needs to work remotely to care for the sick relative, or if an employee prefers to work remotely due to distractions at the work premises.
Overall, it is important to note that working from home does not reduce a person's productivity. On the contrary, this arrangement will allow employees to work in a convenient environment, thereby improving their productivity.
