Due to the coronavirus outbreak, the activities of many persons have been disrupted as businesses have shut down, and the gathering of more than 20 persons, prohibited to limit the spread of the virus. Consequently, people will have to cancel or postpone arranged meetings or events.

This letter provides a perfect way to postpone or cancel impending meetings or appointments. However, to cancel scheduled events due to the pandemic, the Notice of Cancellation of Event should be used.
